The art and the culture are the only forms to dissolve the geographic and spiritual borders, of which our differences and particularitities reconcile. The culture does not have borders.One of the ways that must cross a society to know itself itself is the encounter, mainly with the most lasting works in the time, those of the imagination and the art.

Among them this the Festival the Cervantino International that counts on a control system where is represented the federal, state and municipal authorities, in which it shares the authority and the responsibility. This new way of joint participation allows that the FIC becomes a model of management, programming and organization that guarantees its permanence, continuity and positive incidence in the cultural development of Mexico.

The accomplishment of International events is possible thanks to a set effort and the economic contributions of the Federal Government through the National Council for the Culture and the Arts, of the Government of Guanajuato, as well as by the support of the countries friends and the deprived sector, that with its determined participation contributes to think the culture like one of the fundamental motors of the development of the country.
